Alexander Penalta is an advocate for education and educators as well as students and parents. He has served as an adjunct professor and has taught for the College of Business at Lynn University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the Department of Educational Leadership, College of Education at Florida Atlantic University, and at the University of Florida, College of Health and Human Performance. Mr. Penalta has instructed public and private sector business graduates, K-12 educators and administrators on public and private sector employment law and liability.

In addition to the traditional services offered at a law firm, this firm is also available to provide a guest speaker by invitation to discuss a wide variety of legal issues in Florida, throughout the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Mr. Penalta has also been invited as a guest speaker to many organizations, ranging from kindergarten, middle-school, high school, and college students as well as to the elderly in nursing homes, to lawyers, legal assistants, educators, school administrators, engineers, accountants, pilots, flight instructors, scuba instructors, business owners, management and corporations.
