This law firm serves as advocate for scuba diving safety and risk management in the scuba diving industry. Alexander Penalta served as a former adjunct instructor and assistant director to the University of Florida's Nationally and Internationally recognized Academic Diving Program. For several years, Mr. Penalta served as a legal advisor to UF in the area of Diving Safety and Instructor Negligence and regularly lectured to its scuba instructors on minimizing exposure to students against injury or death through continuing education and analyses of negligence law and accident cases.
